Choose the trip, not just the ticket

Some of these stops are city-centre stadiums you can walk back from; others are fields, edge-of-town arenas or venues in a different town from the one on the listing. The Johan Cruijff ArenA sits beside its own railway station and has a roof. Slane Castle has neither a station nor a stand — it is a natural amphitheatre in the Boyne Valley reached by event coach. Gillette Stadium is in Foxborough, not Boston.

That difference matters more than the seat map. Pick the destination whose logistics you actually want to deal with, then pick the night. where to stay on a show night covers the planning that follows.

UK and Ireland: Glasgow (Celtic Park, five nights), Manchester (Etihad Stadium, eleven nights), Slane (Slane Castle, two nights) and Knebworth (four nights). Mainland Europe: Munich (Allianz Arena), Barcelona (Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys), Amsterdam (Johan Cruijff ArenA), Paris (Stade de France) and Rome (Stadio Olimpico), two nights each. United States: the Boston area (Gillette Stadium) and Las Vegas (Allegiant Stadium), three nights each.

Manchester and Glasgow carry the most history for the band — Oasis formed in Burnage in 1991, and the Creation Records deal followed a 1993 show at King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut in Glasgow. Picking between two nights in the same city

Where a city has more than one date, the practical differences are the day of the week, what your journey home looks like afterwards, and which night your code gives you access to. Midweek dates are often easier for accommodation; weekend dates are easier for travel but busier on the return. In Manchester, with eleven nights on sale, this choice matters more than anywhere else on the tour.
