Speak to the venue or authorised seller

Explain the practical requirements of your visit. Ask which ticket category is appropriate, how companion arrangements work, whether documentation is needed and when it must be supplied. Requirements vary by venue and event; this guide does not replace the organiser’s access information.

Check the whole journey

Ask about the distance from accessible parking or drop-off to the entrance, step-free routes and any changes for the concert layout. For an outdoor site, ask how weather and surface conditions affect access. Keep the venue’s contact details available on the day.

Choose facilities, not assumptions

A reserved seat can still involve stairs. A viewing platform can have a very different distance from the stage than a front-standing ticket. If you use mobility aids, need a quiet space or require a hearing-access provision, confirm those details explicitly before buying.
